when I did my swap I had about 3 years experience of just specific z32 knowledge and 5 years of general car mechanic experience and the swap was still over my head. I spent about twice as much time researching about my car then physically working on it. I mean I spent maybe 30+ hours on TT.net, FSM (Factory Service Manual) and talking to people just to figure everything out. A TT swap is not a walk in the park.
Not only is it time consuming but it also requires a lot more specific tools. I bought maybe $500.00 worth of tools during my swap.
